Fight mechanics:
50T to get through 40M HP (20M each)
BRV damage is reduced by up to 70% throughout the fight.
BRV Gains are reduced by up to 50% throughout the fight.
General Team Themes to counter the stage:
20M HP in an era with Force Weapons. Force Time + BT phase or strong summon phase can eat that HP up.
These enemies can actually get high turn rate and lots of BRV that can lead to dangerous attacks if unmitigated. Either deny them turns or mitigate to take their attacks and counter/trap attack back.

Fight mechanics:
60T fight, 40M HP (20M each)
BRV damage is reduced by up to 70% throughout the fight.
BRV gains are reduced by up to 50% throughout the fight.
General Team Themes to counter the stage:
Celes and Rubicante can solo this stage, just make sure getting to FR time is comfy.
The enemies can link up and reduce BRV DMG taken by 75% unless launched. If taking an aggressive approach, launch is heavily suggested. Selphie, Keiss are helpful if you have them free (not locked in DET 6 right). Raines call is great for a strong burst phase.
Reckoning vs 2x Dissolved Drake
Force Thresholds
Enemy and Ally turns boost Enemy FR Gauge charge by +2%.Force Weakness: Ice + Melee Force Time while enemy in force time and inflict a level 5 debuff (has a roman numeral V).0% onward: 70% BRV DMG Resist (vs Elemental Damage that isn't Fire or Ice) &
10% BRV and HP DMG Up
30% onward: 30% BRV and HP DMG Up
60% onward: 50% BRV and HP DMG Up
90% onward: 70% BRV and HP DMG Up
100%: triggers Slime Rain++:
Recover from BREAK, 50% HP gravity - ignores mitigation & guaranteed hit.
If no debuff of level 3-5 (III - V) present, Force Attack becomes Slime Rain+++:
Removes buffs from your party and is a 90% HP gravity instead - also ignores mitigation and guaranteed hit.
15T Force Time: Cannot BREAK delay, cannnot delete their turns, you cannot gain BRV
They can use Slime Rain+ during FR time which ignores HP DMG mitigation.
Fight Breakdown
Slime Breath at any point inflicts Old:
Old : Up to 5 stacks, each stack lowers ATK, DEF, SPD, iBRV and mBRV
10/20/30/50/100% ATK, DEF, iBRV & mBRV Down
10/20/30/50/60% SPD down
+1 Stack upon acting or enemy inflicts Old again
High Press grants them Daunt+:
Daunt+ boosts their Party's ATK & mBRV by 40% and SPD by 20%
Below 80% HP: They gain an aura that you need to remove with a stacking debuff
1- 2 Stacks: DEF up, 1M HP Regen, 100% BRV DMG reduction
3 Stack: DEF up, 1M HP Regen
4 - 5 Stacks: DEF up only (This is what you want)
6+ Stack: DEF up, 1M HP Regen, 100% BRV DMG reduction, 300% HP DMG reduction
HP Regens occur on their turns only
Below 50% HP: Above auras are canceled and replaced with a 100% HP DMG Resist unless launch HP damage.
They also inflict Old 5T on the party here.
Below 29% HP: Repeat the Stacked Debuff mechanic, removes the launch requirement and resist of normal HP DMG aura.
Fran BASE call, Jack LDCA, Kurasame, Kadaj and Cinque can all apply a stacking debuff up to level 5.
If you bring Fran/Neon and use LD, make sure to have another stacking debuff as those will take priority over negative effects 6+ stacks would otherwise bring.

Notes on Solos/Duos
Due to the slow release of Transcendence and the power of our units growing, many previous Reckonings (Middle Gates) can be done with 1-2 units which means using 1 unit on each Crucible (Side Gate). While it helps save units, some Solos/Duos have luck or specific strategy components so we will help identify at least which units have been extremely useful in the tier as of this update (made June 2023) so if Solo/Duo strategies aren't your thing, you can at least see what unit does great in a fight so you can throw some more units at it.
When we mention a character we assume them to have as many upgrades and weapons as possible. These will also be added to each tier page.
REMINDER: start at the latest tier and go backward as you can use your strongest units faster that way with little fear of needing to shuffle units around. These units are great if you have them, but you can overpower stages without them.
Left: Reno, Beatrix or Kurasame
Right: Celes or Rubicante
Reckoning: Rubicante (with Kurasame LDCA) or Celes can solo. Rubicante + Kurasame was a popular and comfortable Duo as well.
