Pandemonium choose 3 / 4 / 6
If you are planning to BT+ Bartz to 3/3, consider changing your non-elemental attackers' Pandemonium choices to 3 / 4 / 6 also for +10% BRV DMG when Bartz BT+ effect is active (Raines would be 3 / 6 / 7)...
Pandemonium's 4 & 5 passives are difficult to maintain, so removing them provides almost no downside.

Sphere Recommendations
NOTE: The sphere letters below are hyperlinked to our Sphere Hub which lists all available spheres sorted by effect!A Sphere: Any ATK or BRV DMG sphere works. He hits element weakness often and does melee BRV DMG
C Sphere: Ceodore/Braska sphere to round out his support abilities. Maria is easy to trigger.
D Sphere: Any ATK boosting sphere (not Wakka)
How-To-Play Notes
Free skill and turn at the start means an easy skill mastery right away or pop AA for the comfy buffs it provides.
Just make sure to master both skills (Use them twice) to trigger his Simple Mastery C50 and Artifact Passives for the party wide aura. His skills also grant him his buff that imperils wind for him just standing there - menacingly.
Iainuki (EX) as it's up for comfy damage and buff upkeep. It enchants the party with Wind which goes with his aura wind imperil.
Elemental Attack (LD) refreshes his Good-Luck Charm effect.
Quick Spellblade Dual-Wielded Rapid Fire (BT) is a mouthful; it also provides allies with Wind Enchant, HP DMG Limit and BRV Gains up along with other useful buffs. Note he has to take a couple turns after the effect goes up for it's full effect.
Journey, Courage & Companions (FR) is similar to his LD attack in that it takes enemies to 0 BRV, batteries party and then attacks. His FR time asks for:
Weakness BRV DMG on turn : 30%
Wind BRV DMG on turn : 45%
No FR aura, but Bartz enables most units to hit the full 75%. Probably best used as an Echo unless you have no good options on the team.
