How-To-Play Notes
Buffs starting at 4 turns duration may make setting up a little funky and if you're not using a BT phase to rush enemies down, using Weiss BT phase to setup his buffs is ok! Alternatively you can use U2 & U4 to pray he gets a quick EX proc which is the most important buff to maintain. Shelke LDCA can also offer him an on-demand EX use right away.
Twin Bladeflash (S1) is 6 ST HP. Skill buff attached.
Division of Heaven and Earth (S2) is 4 Split HP. Skill buff attached (same as S1 buff)
Bullets of Ruin (EX) is 5 Full HP attacks. Important follow-up buff attached.
His follow up is 3 HP attacks to the target and 1 Splash to non-targets. It is triggered when a party member pushes an attacking button and Weiss himself gets triggers it again after his own turn.
Transmigratory Swordplay (LD) is 7 ST HP attacks + 1 Splash. Important LD buff attached.
Black-White Emulsion (FR) conditions are:
On BREAK/broken target: 40%
Any Melee abilities: 5% (Weiss gets 20% for this condition, nice)
No Party Auras.
Note about Cor/Weiss link attacks: if they satisfy off-turn conditions (ones that aren't once per turn or for the active ally only) their bonuses are included with the unit that just pushed the button.

Team Synergy Notes
For everyone wondering about Cor vs Weiss, in 2 enemy fights they both do 4 HP attacks however they're done differently. Cor does 2 Split HP attacks and Weiss does 3 ST HP attacks to the target and 1 splash. This only matters if you're launching as that extra HP attack on the target will increase the Wall Damage done (more info on Launch and Wall Damage here).
Additionally, Weiss ONLY triggers his link attack on ally turns whereas Cor can trigger his on enemy attacks as well. This means Cor can shine brighter in counter/trap teams and Weiss shines brighter in launch rushdown teams.
Finally we get True Damage that scales well in Force Time as his BT True Damage is based off of HP DMG Dealt instead of HP DMG Limit like most prior instances of it. However, note you NEED to hit that units HP DMG Limit so some units that have uncapped attacks (Sherlotta, Aerith, Astos, Jack Garland) will not have those portions benefit from Weiss' BT effect.
