Sphere Recommendations
A Spheres - ATK and BRV DMG spheres for EX and S2.
C Spheres - Iris, Alphinaud, Maria or Llyud spheres for party ATK/iBRV. Nabaat/Garnet for selfish ATK.
D Spheres - Any party ATK boosting sphere works, ATK + mBRV boosts if you have spares.
How-To-Play Notes
Yet a Trainee (S1) is the FR gauge charging move. Heal and battery. Extends party buffs 1T (once per buff). Grants her buff.
Note: her charging is 3/5s as effective as normal charging due to her follow-up. This means she wants FE50 to behave like an FE30 normal charger.
Holy (S2) is 5 Split HP attacks. Same buff as S1.
Filler before FR time.
Particle Bomb (EX) is Heal + Overheal (20%) with 7 Split HPs.
Used to refresh her EX buff which has has BRV gains up, Heals up, and heals an attacking ally 1% of their max HP for each BRV gain if the attacking ally is not full HP.
A Little Black Magic (LD) does damage based on her overhead 3x.
LD buff provides party HP DMG up, BRV gains up, OF up, ATK up, BRV DMG up.
Epopt Trainee's Providence (her overhead) stores ally HP healed and she will deal damage based on it (uncapped - up to 999,999) on her LD and Flare (follow-up)
Flare (personal follow-up) if she's at full health after her own turn, she will deal 1 aoe HP attack based on her overhead.
If someone dies, she can revive them at half health at the start of her turn.
Mergecast (FR) heals and asks for:
Special effect on turn : +40% (Very limiting)
At least 100% HP on turn : +40% (comfy)
No FR aura. (not comfy)
Inifinity (BT) offers party:
ATK +50%
mHP +30%
BRV Gains +50%
BRV DMG Limit +50%
HP DMG +20%
HP DMG Limit +30%
The ATK and mHP boosts are a bit more than other BT auras which is nice.
Her overhead can store more (unneeded to reach 999,999) and won't go down when she revives someone (also unneeded as dying is a huge setback and if she dies, there are no more revives and you had to have lost last stand)
Note about BT phasing: If you do want to go this route, you will have to use an HP+ if you don't run U4. HOWEVER you're probably better off either giving her a free skill use before BT phase or not BT phasing and running U6 for more LD uses to spam in FR time and in FR Retain cleanup.
BT Phase: HP+ -> S2-> EX -> S2 -> FR -> LD -> Finisher
Team Synergy
What makes her stand out is her LD and personal Follow-up dealing uncapped damage (999,999 per HP attack 3x + 1x) which is as strong as Enna Kros' EX without the RNG.
Note being uncapped means Quina/Setzer will not boost this damage and it's entirely up to the team to boost her HP DMG & Limit
For Crystal Quests, she is the first FR/BT Black Crystal character to FR gauge charge. This may help some feel more comfortable approaching fights despite many Black Crystal users ignoring mechanics and having ridiculous safety without needing to worry about enemy turns or FR already.
If Auron doesn't have D4 or D6, Leonora + Cait Sith/Alisaie LDCA can help Auron eat big hits and heal above last stand range.
There is a meme strategy with Maria FR to start where units that HP drain can raise the FR Bonus a ton in 1 move HOWEVER, in practice this means bringing Maria FR and the current options of units that HP drain are so outdated or don't drain enough & consitently enough that the strategy has trouble finishing out fights.
