Supplementary Notes to the Infographic Analysis:The infographic covers the key critical points and should be reviewed prior to delving into the in-depth notes
Always check the Enemies tab to see if they have elemental attacks that are not Dark based. Those will still deal BRV damage to your party!
Make sure to use EX to maintain his [Pride] buff, consider saving it if you know the enemy will dispel framed buffs.
If Leon takes HP damage, use his HP+ variants to heal yourself back up unless you need to BRV shave an enemy. Healing back up will reactivate all of his + variant skills.
Dark Bind is the most useful skill in his base kit as it debuffs enemies with Sap (Poison like effect, 10% of Leon's mBRV at the start of their turn), while also healing the party if Leon overheals himself. Consider saving this to be used when needed.
A sphere: As his kit is mixed, you'll want to focus on boosting ATK and or mBRV. He hits weakness so he's up for most spheres! Avoid Melee/Ranged/Physical/Magic specific spheres.
B sphere: Kimahri has probably the best sphere for him by far. Gabranth is also good as the BRV DMG from elemental attacks will be lessened. Celes works but is probably best on others, and the other B spheres are junk for him.
C sphere: Avoid the 3T self healing spheres since it will only trigger on uses of his Dark Bind which you should save for when you need it. Alphinaud is best (as expected), and Rosa/Porom is very solid to make his healing more reliable, but note that if you have Eiko or Rem's sphere, Leon is an excellent candidate for those, better than most!
