Board Passive Cheat Sheet!
Each Ultimate board allows for 3 passives to be selected for your character. The numbers below indicate which passive in the list are generally best BUT each character page has custom recommendations and can be checked first!
Numbers are counting down from the top; for names and explanations, see descriptions below!
Numbers are counting down from the top; for names and explanations, see descriptions below!
Summoning the Summon!
In battle, when the Summon Gauge is full (taking turns, breaking enemies, launching enemies) you can call forth your summon to do BRV and HP damage which can help in a pinch. With the introduction of level 50 summons, they can do up to 1.8 Million HP damage!
Scale this up with Level 50 Summons doing up to 1.8M damage without Force Bonus and you have quite a nice chunk of change!
Fun fact: Brother's can deal up to 2.7M damage as his 2nd HP attack seems to store the BRV dealt before the first!
Summon Phase can also be used to regather yourself and get ready for another Force Time. While in summon phase, enemy's FR gauge does not fill!
In addition, once everyone's taken a turn, both sides get 20% FR Gauge and if you're in summon when this happens only you get this boost.
If you see runs with Chocobo/Sylph summons, this is probably why but in solo runs or runs where more than 1 FR time is needed, summon phase makes for a great buffer.
Spiritus Trials (Level 41 - 50)
Materials obtained by doing unique missions that can be found on the Spiritus Map.
Grind the CHAOS or LUFENIA stage for points!
You will need to fulfill certain conditions (up to 3 Crystal Colors, up to 3 Weapon Types, up to 3 Origin Games) with the party characters you bring.
You can boost points gained in these categories with:
Spiritus Banner Synergy chars (+100% per Spiritus Synergy, up to Pts x4)
Moogle Pass (Pts x 2.5)
Rank
Once you raise the summon to level 50, the Summon Attack becomes SUPER STRONG with double the BRV hits, 10x the potency of each BRV hit and 2 HP attacks (up to 1.8M HP damage)! This introduces a new strategy in fights where on the last turn of Force Time, you pop your Level 50 Summon for a huge BONK before using up that final multiplier.

Farming Brothers Spiritus Chaos Missions: Tifa, Kurasame and Relm
Farming Pandemonium Spiritus Chaos Missions, 2 Teams: Raines, Leila, Porom & Rinoa/CoD, Lulu, Xande
Farming Ramuh Spiritus Chaos Missions, 2 Teams: Ashe, Kimahri, Rem & Rinoa, Agrias, Raijin
Farming Bahamut Spiritus Board Missions, 2 Teams: Serah, Garnet, Amidatelion & 3 Dagger Units
Farming Shiva Spiritus Board Missions, 2 Teams: Edgar, Wakka, Golbez & 3 Yellow Crystal Units
Farming Ifrit Spiritus Board Missions, 2 Teams: Ace, Braska, Cloud & 3 Yellow Crystal Units
Farming Leviathan Spiritus Board Missions, 2 Teams: Ciaran, Lenna, Aerith & 3 Type 0 units
Farming Alexander Spiritus Board Missions, 1 Team: Kurasame, Strago and Arciela
Farming Diabolos Spiritus Board Missions, 2 Teams: Cissnei, Serah and Leonora & 3 Type 0 units
It will take 2 teams usually if you're chasing all 9 missions at once, but you can also get a bulk of the rewards for half the runs if you run 3 units that cover as many of the 9 conditions as possible. (Ex. Tifa, Jack & Leo do 7 missions for 7 rewards and half runs compared to Tifa, Kurasame and Relm getting 10 missions - all 9 + 1 for full completion - for full runs. For Spiritus you ONLY NEED 10 MISSIONS TOTAL which includes just doing the Chaos, Lufenia and Spiritus mission which can easily make up the rest of the 10 missions needed. Any more than 11 missions done will reward you with 3 tickets each so if you really want those 30 tickets get on your farming pants and thinking caps to do Spiritus under tight restrictions.
Divine Trials (Level 31 - 40)

75,000 Illusion points (dotted lines) for Summon Level 40 (10 Divine Boards)
225,000 Illusion points (Solid lines) for max Rewards (30 Divine Boards, full rewards)
Green Lines are 3x Divine Synergy and Mog Pass
Blue Lines are 3x Divine Synergy and No Mog Pass
Orange Lines are No Divine Synergy and Mog Pass
Red Lines are No Divine Synergy and No Mog Pass (Pain)
NOTE: Divine Synergy is not returning for the forseeable future so only Orange and Red Lines are the only realistic routes!
Follow this link and change the " x = 1000 " line (black dotted line) to your current rank and click where the lines overlap to see how many runs you'll need ( rank, runs ). On PC you can use your cursor along the line of the graph above to see as well!
Note for Divine Odin: Divine Odin is a Chaos Stage instead of Cosmos so farming him will take less runs as farming Chaos grants more points.

Summon Descriptions & Advice on When to Use them are below!
Ifrit Spiritus
Blessing @ Level 50 : ATK +30%
Upon Summon: 6 Random Fire BRV + Split HP 2x
During Summon: Party Fire Enchant, Party HP DMG Limit +10%, Grants party [Hellfire] 2T
[Hellfire] : HP DMG Limit +20%, HP DMG Up +20% (Not extendable, counts down during BT)
When to use :
When running a team that needs more attack, generally because multiple party members have many hits on their skills or have skills that scale off of the ATK stat (like Exdeath, Laguna, Alphinaud etc).
Note that your party must have a strong healer to maintain Ifrit's blessing, or a way to mitigate HP damage!
Bonus synergy, vs Fire-weak enemies as Ifrit will enchant your non-elemental attacks with Fire element after summoning, enabling large burst damage within the 6 turn window.
Hellfire is great when applied to linked attackers/strong off-turn damage dealers (CoD, Kain, Noctis, etc); they just have to be on the field or replaced by a friend when Ifrit is summoned (so Kain in the air will not be buffed).
Ifrit Summon Board Information (Click for more info)
1700 points to obtain all treasures for a character's summon board, 6500 for mastery
Stats gained per character when mastered : ATK +112, mBRV +120, iBRV +120, DEF +96, HP +500
Summon Board Passive choices for most characters:
4) Ifrit Attack Up (ATK +10% when HP ≥ 80% max)
5) Ifrit Initial Attack Up (ATK +2% & iBRV +10% when HP ≥ 80% max)
7) Ifrit Critical Hit (Critical BRV DMG +10% when HP ≥ 80% max)
Fire-based Attackers prefer choice 3) Fire Power Up (Fire BRV DMG dealt +10%), over choice 5
Fire Attackers from Rem's Character List
Shiva Spiritus
Blessing @ Level 50 : ATK +15%, SPD +20%, EX recast +20%
The EX recast up offsets the SPD +20%. SPD boosts means your turn will come sooner, and your EX may not be charged fully like normal. The EX recast up ensures that your EX charges the same with Shiva vs any other summon.
At Summon: 6 AoE Random Ice BRV + Split HP 2x. Apply 1T [Freeze] on enemies. (Freeze: Enemies cannot gain BRV)
During Summon: Party Ice Enchant, HP DMG Limit +10%
When to use :
When countering particularly fast bosses to ensure that your party members can jump their turn ahead of a boss to help shave the enemy's BRV. This is very situational and often requires you to run a quest and note the high turn rates of enemies.
When farming Co-ops, Radiant Artifact Quests, or Crystal Cycles. Shiva's blessing interacts positively with Ifrit & Ramuh's iBRV boosting passives, allowing your party members with at least one of those passives to get their first turn of Wave 1 before an enemy gets to go.
Bonus synergy, vs Ice-weak enemies as Shiva will enchant your non-elemental attacks with Ice element after summoning, enabling large burst damage within the 6 turn window.
Shiva Summon Board Information (Click for more info)
1800 points to obtain all treasures for a character's summon board, 6500 for mastery
Stats gained per character when mastered : ATK +80, mBRV +160, iBRV +180, DEF +48, HP +700
Summon Board Passive choices for most characters:
4) Shiva Evasion Up (Evasion Rate +10% when HP < 80% max)
Some units that want to get hit to counter like Gau, Beatrix, Auron, Gladio, etc do not want evasion so this passive is replaced with either 3) Blizzard Power Up (if they're Ice or Non-Elemental) or 1/2 to mitigate themselves/the party from incoming Ice attacks.
5) Shiva Initial Guard Up (iBRV +10% & DEF +20% when HP < 80% max)
7) Shiva Critical Hit (Critical BRV DMG +10% when HP < 80% max)
Ice-based Attackers prefer choice 3) Blizzard Power Up (Ice BRV DMG dealt +10%), over choice 5
Ice Attackers from Rem's Character List
Ramuh Spiritus
Blessing @ Level 50 : mBRV +15% always
When a party member's HP < 80%, permanent DEF +80%
At Summon : 6 Random Thunder BRV + Split HP 2x, Inflict 1T [Judgment Bolt] (unique paralysis)
During Summon : Party Thunder Enchant, HP DMG Limit +10%
When to use :
Whenever you can abuse his framed paralysis, do so. Even bosses that resist paralysis generally do not resist Ramuh's debuff. This can be used to prevent boss actions, like summoning adds every so many turns, or prevent them from countering your team!
When facing strong attacks in Lufenia, the DEF spike provided by Ramuh, when stacked with ATK Down debuffs (from Vincent, Faris, etc) or with DEF Up buffs (from Paladin Cecil, Beatrix, Ciaran), can neuter enemy attacks. This is most important if enemies do numerous BRV hits into an HP attack, or if they punish you for being broken by their attack.
When running a team with one or more characters that generate significant amounts of BRV battery or gains. Remember, there is no point in raising your team's mBRV if they cannot frequently cap on damage. Most notably, Ramuh is useful in the presence of bosses that deal large amounts of HP damage (Brother's blessing is stronger but is conditional on HP being near max) and will also buff your party's DEF stat to potentially reduce their incoming BRV damage.
When generally more than one of your allies scales their power off of their mBRV stat (such as Keiss or Edward).
Bonus synergy, vs Thunder-weak enemies as Ramuh will enchant your non-elemental attacks with Thunder element after summoning, enabling large burst damage within the 6 turn window.

1800 points to obtain all treasures for a character's summon board, 6500 for mastery
Stats gained per character when mastered : ATK +96, mBRV +200, iBRV +90, DEF +112, HP +400
Summon Board Passive choices for most characters:
4) Ramuh Evasion Up (Evasion Rate +10% when HP ≥ 80% max)
Some units that want to get hit to counter like Gau, Beatrix, Auron, Gladio, etc do not want evasion so this passive is replaced with either 3) Thunder Power Up (if they're Thunder or Non-Elemental) or 1/2 to mitigate themselves/the party from incoming Ice attacks.
5) Ramuh Initial Guard Up (iBRV +10% & DEF +20% when HP ≥ 80% max)
7) Ramuh Resist Up (BRV DMG Taken -5% when HP ≥ 80% max)
Thunder-based Attackers prefer choice 3) Thunder Power Up (Thunder BRV DMG dealt +10%), over choice 7
Thunder Attackers from Rem's Character List
Leviathan Spiritus
Blessing @ Level 50 : Enemy Speed -15% always
When an ally's HP < 80%, permanently buff them with a framed buff, BRV Regen (80% iBRV)
Upon Summon: 6 Random BRV + Split HP 2x
During Summon: Party Water Enchant, HP DMG Limit +10%, Party : [Tsunami] 2T
[Tsunami] : HP DMG Limit +20%, BRV gain (50% HP DMG end of turn)
When to use :
When running a team with characters that have BRV Regen, to boost their battery as the effects will stack. This is beneficial to help counter bosses with very high defenses, as more battery will help to somewhat maintain your team's damage output during the enemy's high defense phases.
When you want to slow down notably fast bosses
Bonus synergy, vs Water-weak enemies as Leviathan will enchant your non-elemental attacks with Water element after summoning, enabling large burst damage within the 6 turn window.

Stats gained per character when mastered : ATK +64, mBRV +240, iBRV +210, DEF +80, HP +300
Summon Board Passive choices for most characters:
4) Leviathan Boost Up (mBRV +10% when HP < 80% max)
5) Leviathan Initial Boost Attack Up (ATK +2% & iBRV +10% when HP < 80% max)
6) Leviathan Life Up (Max HP +10%)
Water-based Attackers prefer choice 3) Water Power Up (Water BRV DMG dealt +10%), over choice 5

Brothers Spiritus
Blessing @ Level 50 : mBRV +30%
At Summon : 6 Random Earth BRV + Split HP 2x. Delay all targets 1T
During Summon : Party Earth Enchant, HP DMG Limit +10%
When to use :
BIG Damage and enemies don't absorb Earth element. This will be the case for level 50 summons moving forward as well.
When more than one of your allies scales their power off of their mBRV stat
Bonus synergy, vs Earth-weak enemies as Brothers will enchant your non-elemental attacks with Earth element after summoning, enabling large burst damage within the 6 turn window.
Brothers Summon Board Information (Click for more info)

Stats gained per character when mastered : ATK +48, mBRV +280, iBRV +150, DEF +64, HP +600
Summon Board Passive choices for most characters:
4) The Brothers Boost Up (mBRV +5% when HP ≥ 60% max)
5) The Brothers Boost Guard Up (mBRV +2% & DEF +10% when HP ≥ 60% max)
7) The Brothers Protect Up (HP DMG -5% when BRV ≥ 50% max)
Earth-based Attackers prefer choice 3) Stone Power Up (Earth BRV DMG dealt +10%), over choice 5 or 7
Earth Attackers from Rem's Character List
Note: Some players opt for choice 6) The Brothers Greater Rejuvenate (HP recovered +5% when BRV ≥ 50% max) on characters like Zack or Celes that have HP Regen & a BRV refund mechanic. It is a very small difference of healing in exchange for choice 5) mBRV +2%, DEF +10% (the DEF generally isn't impactful as Zack negates damage and Celes absorbs it). Up to you if you prefer the 2% mBRV or a sliver more healing!
Pandemonium Spiritus
Blessing @ Level 50 : BRV & HP DMG +25% in chain attacks (after a launch, the 2 Characters that follow up)
Upon Summon: 6 Random BRV + Split HP 2x. Readies enemies to launch
During Summon: Party Wind enchant, easier to launch enemies, HP DMG Limit +10%
When to use : When using launchers or launch supports such as Selphie, Layle, Noctis, etc. as they trigger chain attacks often and the increased damage will add up. Pandemonium also interacts favorably with Relm's Sketch Summon, but it's best to be used alongside one of the aforementioned characters.
Bonus synergy, vs Wind-weak enemies as Pandemonium will enchant your non-elemental attacks with Wind element after summoning, enabling large burst damage within the 6 turn window.

5) Pandemonium Boost Guard Up (mBRV +2% & DEF +20% when HP < 80% max)
6) Pandemonium Chain HP Damage Up (HP DMG +5% when in a chain attack, not initiating)
Wind-based Attackers prefer choice 3) Aero Power Up (Wind BRV DMG dealt +10%), over choice 5
Wind Attackers from Rem's Character List
Diabolos Spiritus
Blessing @ Level 50 : iBRV +50%
Elemental weakness damage +50% permanently when party member's HP first drops below 80% max
At Summon : 6 Random Dark BRV + Split HP 2x. Remove all enemy buffs
During Summon : Party Dark Enchant, HP DMG Limit +10%
When to use :
When your team synergizes around BRV Regen, Diabolos' blessing provides a wonderful, large, "always-on" iBRV aura, which no other summon has. Examples of characters that may appreciate Diabolos can be found on our Infographics by Buffs page
When your team has an elemental attacker that can hit weakness damage consistently, Diabolos' conditional blessing adds a powerful punch to them. This only triggers when your HP drops a small amount, which is generally trivial now in CHAOS, especially by the time the boss buffs its stats (which is when you want this most)
Note vs Dark-weak enemies, Diabolos will enchant your non-elemental attacks with Dark element after summoning, enabling burst damage within the 6 turn window.
Diabolos Summon Board Information (Click for more info)
1600 points to obtain all treasures for a character's summon board, 6500 for mastery
Stats gained per character when mastered : ATK +48, mBRV +280, iBRV +150, DEF +64, HP +600
Summon Board Passive choices for most characters:
4) Diabolos Attack Up (ATK +5% permanently when HP first drops below 60% max)
5) Diabolos Boost Guard Up (mBRV +2%, DEF +10% when HP first drops below 60% max)
6) Diabolos Greater BRV Rejuvenate (BRV gains +5%)
Dark-based Attackers prefer choice 3) Dark Power Up (Dark BRV DMG dealt +10%), over choice 7
Dark Attackers from Rem's Character List
Research & Math done, testing Porom solo, with choices 5, 6, 7 selected, and no other passives vs Eald'narche CHAOS:
9304 - 8765 = 539 HP DMG saved (extremely relevant in CHAOS battles, can help save a run)
28958-28733 = 255 mBRV added (very marginal)
15202 - (28958/2) = 723 more battery (very marginal, but likely better than the 255 mBRV)
This brings us to conclusion, that the following options should be selected:
4, 5, 6 for all general attackers that have BRV hits within their kit, or ATK scaling skills
5, 6, 7 for Selphie & Porom, characters with little attack capability and their skills do not scale off of attack
3, 4, 6 for Dark attackers listed above
Previously useful and explanation for the change:
7) Diabolos Protect Up (HP DMG taken -5% when current BRV < 50% mBRV)
This passive is still relevant, but it's less useful in Lufenia and beyond.
We now have access to numerous HP DMG reduction effects, whereas back in CHAOS we had very few.
Further, it's conditional, needing your BRV pool to be empty, and many characters have BRV refund effects, or have supports that can provide frequent battery.
Many players prefer to give the boss as few turns as possible, lowering the need for a small HP damage reduction
For these reasons, we prefer the tiny 2% mBRV boost from 5, over choice 7. This is a small boost at best, since it won't even trigger if you never take HP damage. This is min/maxing, resulting in <100 BRV of difference, so do not feel at all compelled to adjust previous choices.
Alexander Spiritus
Blessing @ Level 50 : max HP +15% (always)
Grants buff 10T HP Regen (15% max HP) once per quest after HP drops below 80% max
At Summon : 6 Random BRV + Split HP 2x. Heal Party to Full HP
During Summon : Party Holy Enchant, HP DMG Limit +10%
When to use : When your team requires additional healing capabilities, Alexander's regen effect can reliably help to recover your HP over the course of a fight.
Note that the HP aura Alexander provides can be useful vs bosses that reduce your max HP
Note that Alexander is particularly useful in Challenge quests which require you to use only synergy characters in a CHAOS level quest. You may not have gear for the healer that is synergy, if there even is one. Alexander will shine at these times!
Note vs Holy-weak enemies, Alexander will enchant your non-elemental attacks with Holy element after summoning, enabling burst damage within the 6 turn window.
Alexander Summon Board Information (Click for more info)
2000 points to obtain all treasures for a character's summon board, 6500 for mastery
Stats gained per character when mastered : ATK +80, mBRV +240, iBRV +120, DEF +48, HP +700
Summon Board Passive choices for most characters:
4) Alexander Boost Up (mBRV +5% permanently when HP first drops below 60% max)
5) Alexander Initial Attack Up (iBRV +5%, ATK +2% permanently when HP first drops below 60% max)
6) Alexander Target Power (BRV DMG +10% when attacking an enemy targeting self)
Holy-based Attackers prefer choice 3) Light Power Up (Holy BRV DMG dealt +10%), over choice 4
Holy Attackers from Rem's Character List
Characters with minimal BRV DMG likely would avoid choice 6 in favor of choice 1 (Light Resist Up)
This brings us to conclusion, that the following options should be selected:
4, 5, 6 for all general attackers that have BRV hits within their kit, or ATK scaling skills
1, 4, 5 for Exdeath, Selphie & Porom, characters with little BRV DMG capability
3, 5, 6 for Holy attackers listed above
Divine Odin
Blessing @ Level 30 : Enemies DEF -15%. Ally perm. ATK +30% when HP drops below 80%
Upon Summon: BREAKs enemies. 6 Random Melee BRVs + Split HP.
During Summon: Party ATK +30%, HP DMG Limit +10%.
When to use : Odin provides a great swing in stats, and as it is not tied to any element, is universally useful for providing more ATK (once HP drops below 80%) with a constant DEF debuff. This is most useful for teams with under 100% ATK aura, or vs enemies that have many elemental absorbs. Odin also provides another 30% ATK boost inside of summon!
Note that Odin does have a 20% chance to inflict instant break when summoning, which is generally useless, however can be repeatedly used with Relm's Sketch Summon skill. This can help you get around BRV Damage Reduction or Shields in a way that no other summon could, however it is still up to chance and you would need to supplement Relm's damage when you could bring an instant breaker instead.
Odin Summon Board Information (Click for more info)
1900 points to obtain all treasures for a character's summon board, 6500 for mastery
Stats gained per character when mastered: ATK +96, mBRV +200, iBRV +90, DEF +112, HP +400
Summon Board Passive choices are different for most characters. Group choices are listed below :
3 4 7 - Melee & Ranged Attacker Tanks that have the Lock debuff
4 5 7 - Magic Attacker Tanks, as well as : Sherlotta & Exdeath
3 6 7 - Melee & Ranged Attackers that don't have the Lock debuff
4 6 7 - Magic Attackers that don't have the Lock debuff
Notes & Considerations for choices
All characters want 7 which boosts BRV gains. This counters the upcoming BRV gain reductions in Lufenia difficulty and is universally useful for every character.
Physical Attackers want choice 3, this includes those with mixed kits.
6 is preferred over 4 due to the reason from testing below.
Important: In testing, the difference between choosing 4 vs 6 was incredibly small, resulting in less than 1000 BRV DMG total per turn taken. Generally, 6 is preferred because BRV DMG boosts are much rarer than ATK boosts. A 5% ATK boost is not significant given that many characters have passive ATK buffs exceeding 200% across their kit. The BRV DMG boost from 6, while situational, is still useful to overcome the significant BRV DMG reductions in future content.
Bahamut Spiritus
Blessing @ Level 50 : Enemy ATK -15%. BREAK bonus +50% per break inflicted (max 200%)
At Summon: 6 Random Magic BRV + Split HP 2x. Fills Party's EX gauges to full.
During Summon: Double Non-Elemental BRV DMG, HP DMG Limit +10%. Party gains [Megaflare] 1T
Megaflare: Fills EX gauge to 100% after turn.
Ally who calls the summon will have a 1T grace period where Megaflare won't tick down (so 3 EXs back to back). This can be interrupted if the summon causes a threshold action from the enemy.
When to use : Bahamut is best utilized with non-elemental based teams, especially if your allies have significant Break Bonus Up passives, as they stack (Locke is the best example, as he has +100% as well, so does Noel with his future LD, enabling huge battery per break inflicted. Caius' BT effect offers a BREAK Bonus as well for party). Bahamut can also be useful if bosses have BRV gains based on their ATK, as Bahamut's invisible debuff will help lower the damage that you take! Finally, the break bonus will be significant if you are planning to solo content, adding battery per break to your solo member.

1700 points to obtain all treasures for a character's summon board, 6500 for mastery
Stats gained per character when mastered: ATK +112, mBRV +160, iBRV +180, DEF +80, HP +300
Summon Board Passive choices are different for most characters. Group choices are listed below :
3 4 6 - Magic Attackers
3 6 7 - Specifically for Vivi, as he lowers his HP very often, and rarely will be above 80% HP
4 6 7 - Melee & Ranged Non-Target Launch enablers / Masochists (like Vivi)
Ardyn Cloud Fujin Jack Keiss Kain Noctis Zidane
1 6 7 - Dark Knight Cecil, as he *consistently* operates at low HP and does not want to be healed to 80% HP
4 5 6 - Melee & Ranged Attackers & everyone else not listed above
Notes & Considerations for choices
All characters want 6, Life Up, for the 10% max HP that it consistently grants
Magic Attackers absolutely want 3, MAG BRV DMG +10%, it's the best passive available, this includes mixed kits like Onion Knight, Vayne, & Zack!
All characters that generally operate above 80% HP want 4, mBRV +10% when HP > 80%
Exceptions: Vivi, Ardyn & Jack often operate at low HP values
Characters except Layle that enable launches for other allies want 7
Example : Kain, Fujin, & Zidane's EX launches the target, but also makes the other enemies launchable, meaning they will participate in the chase/chain attack sequence more often than others.
Layle is purposely excluded ! He is a magic attacker and 3 4 6 is excellent for him
Sylph
Blessing @ Level 20 : Debuff Evasion +30% for a party member when their current BRV is their iBRV stat.
Upon Summon: Heal Party HP and Party BRV Gain
During Summon: Party Wind Enchant
When to use : Currently, rarely during co-ops. Sylph's blessing was once useful, but is now covered better by characters such as Lenna, Selphie, Aphmau, & Ignis. You would only ever bring Sylph if doing a long co-op quest, and you wanted a faster charging summon and the enemy did not absorb or resist wind-based attacks. She does heal your party a small amount at time of summon, but it is not enough to ever be concerned with. Relm's Sketch Summon can heal a fair bit however this strategy depends on how hard bosses hit.
Note vs Wind-weak enemies, Sylph will enchant your non-elemental attacks with Wind element after summoning, enabling burst damage within the 5 turn window.
Chocobo
Blessing @ Level 20 : Max HP +250
Upon Summon: Melee AoE BRV
During Summon: Party ATK +10%
When to use : Currently, sometimes during a long co-op quest. The blessing is useless, so you will only want Chocobo when you need a fast summon, as it charges a bit faster than any Level 30. This little fella will also boost your party's damage by 1.1x inside of the summon window, which is generally better than the heal that summoning Sylph grants you.
Spirit Moogle (Terra's BFF)
Blessing @ Level 20 : Terra's Love +10
Upon Summon: Removes Terra's Debuffs
During Summon: Raises Terra's ATK +10%
When to use : Never, except for meme runs. There is no love statistic in the game. Spirit Moogle is just adorable, especially alongside Terra.
This summon was available to upgrade to 20 as an April Fool's event in 2020.
