Sphere Recommendations
A Spheres - Focus on ATK or BRV DMG as she will be doing a LOT of BRV hits.
D Sphere - Boost the party's ATK & mBRV (deal crit dmg or vs broken conditions are super easy for her to fulfill)
How-To-Play Notes
Her most notable feature is providing linked/follow up attacks after your allies attack. She can be a damage dealer for a BT phase rushdown, but since most of her damage comes from the double Besiege++ that anyone can use, it's usually better to let someone else take the wheel.
In a FR gauge filler setup you can probably BT finisher right away, fill FR and start spamming echoes and she's set.
In a slower team without FR gauge filling, you may want LD to refresh the buff once while using S1 as filler to refresh Besiege's duration. Her EX buff may fall off before FR time but a Nabaat/Shelke LD call can help.
Bladeglint (S1) is what actually refreshes her Wild Rekka overhead.
Threatening Ember (S2) is a filler skill with nothing really flashy.
Fortune Star (EX) does good damage and applies her Fortune Star buff
Fortune Star boosts her offensive stats, crit rate and crit damge along with party ATK & mBRV
Shooting Star (LD) is her most convenient setup button as it refreshes her Wild Rekka duration, raises it and applies her buffs: Turks' Rising Star, Like a Shooting Star.
Turks' Rising Star - Raises party's BRV and HP DMG
Like a Shooting Star - Wild Rekka stacks cannot lower (so she can keep doing Besiege++ which is a LOT of damage - 1 turn only and BT does the same thing so this buff is less important once her BT effect is up).
Set Wild Rekka Attack All (AA) provides some extra party auras to help big damage phases as well. Using it before her first EX will make her EX buff fall off before she can use EX so be careful!
Dragon Rise (BT) grants the usual party auras with higher HP damage, but lower HP DMG Limit. She also prevents her Wild Rekka overhead from lowering (meaning she always does her strongest follow up once setup) and Besiege (and the upgraded version) will trigger twice.
This makes her deal 6 AoE HP attacks on ally attacks no questions asked. The only unit that can possibly compete with this amount of HP attacks on an ally turn is Dorgann in specific Break teams and single target breaks.
In Single Target fights, Kadaj has the advantage as he has higher personal HP DMG Limit while providing the same amount of HP attacks.
String of Cruces (FR) is mainly an FR Echo attack that helps her raise her Wild Rekka so you don't spend a turn using LD. It asks for
Dealing Crit DMG on turn: +40%
Any Ranged ability: +5% (10% if Cissnei does it)
No FR aura. Terrible FR time starter as it's just 60% per turn and no HP DMG Limit aura.
Team Synergy
Amazing addition to any rushdown team. BT phase or summon phase teams love her follow ups!
Turn hogs (units that take a lot of turns) like Papalymo, Terra, Lightning, etc can utilize her Besiege++ in FR retain if you fail to win in FR time and supplementing their lower damage per turn.
If you want her to BT phase rushdown, you will probably only get 1 Echo out of her before needing to BT finisher then going immediately into BT phase.
While having so many HP attacks on her follow up, she is slightly held back by her HA and BT giving her as little HP DMG Limit as they can so units that boost it for her like Setzer, Ciaran, Kain (soon) and Enna (especially Enna) can grant her a 50% HP DMG Limit FR aura and at least 30% HP DMG Limit from their BTs with other goodies.
Note about Enna's synergy, Enna's BT providing HP DMG rounding up is great for Cissnei as it lets you be a little more lax about her UW investment and her teammates. If she's fully built and with a 5/5 UW, if she caps her damage she will round up to 400k Damage with Enna FR and BT effect active. This is a huge jump of about 80% - 40% HP DMG Limit depending on the 3rd teammate.
