Sherlotta’s overhead, Relic Staff, is capable of “storing” bravery that Sherlotta gained which she can then use in order to deal strong HP damage to the enemy. Sherlotta also batteries the party on every skill she has which can lead to high party damage if she is supported by a strong BRV gain ally. Her skills are mainly for filling the FR gauge or if she's completely out of LD and Chuck Staff uses.
Her main damaging buttons you want to use are Crystal Ray (LD) and Chuck Staff (HP from LD) as they have an HP attack based off her Relic Staff effect and can surpass her normal HP DMG Limit and hit the hard limit of 999,999 HP DMG. Because of this, her Burst phase damage is exceptionally high if you use at least 2 LD uses before her BT phase!
For comparison, Machina has 7 HP attacks from his special HP attack from burst. With Blue HA+ and UW 5/5, he has 165k HP DMG Limt x 7 HP attacks is 1.155M damage + 2 HP attacks from LD follow up. Sherlotta's first HP attack is 1M damage alone (with spash that can also touch 1M) + 165K which is enough to give Machina a run for his money on 2 target fights looking at just the BT phase for now.
Light of the Crystal (S1) has instant turn rate and is a free turn. This batteries the party and grants Sherlotta her Light of the Crystal buff. This buff grants stat boosts to Sherlotta and HP regen to the party.
Crystal Generation (S2) batteries the party before attacking. It deals additional HP damage based on the party’s cBRV. While her kit keeps restoring uses and incentivising it's use, you don't usually use it unless you're out of LD uses or her Relic Staff value is poor along with being on a turn use cruch and you need to pass the turn.
Crystal Core Wave (EX) is Sherlotta’s normal charging EX, typically requiring 3 skill uses to recharge. This attack reduces the enemy’s BRV by 90% before batterying the party. This also restores 1 use of Crystal Generation and grants Light of Creation to Sherlotta. Light of Creation boosts the party’s stats and HP Damage while granting HP and BRV regens.
Crystal Ray (LD) causes a 100% gravity on all targets before Sherlotta batteries the party and deals HP damage based on her Relic Staff value. This does not consume BRV. Relic Staff is Sherlotta’s overhead. Relic Staff gains value as Sherlotta gains BRV, increasing up to 3 times Sherlotta’s HP DMG Limit (the absolute maximum BRV she can hold to deal HP DMG with on normal attacks). Relic Staff also boosts the party’s stats and BRV damage. This skill will reset the value of Relic Staff to 0, restore 1 use of S2, and grant 3 uses of Chuck Staff.
Chuck Staff (HP from LD)is Sherlotta’s HP attack variation granted by her LD. Sherlotta batteries herself before dealing HP damage based on her Relic Staff stacks. This also inflicts Light of Rejection on all targets, reducing stats and causing a Sap effect.
Final Crystal Core (BT) grants the party BRV gains on BRV gains on BRV hits on BRV gains.
Use this to enable almost anyone to do damage where relying on BRV DMG may be difficult (elemental lockout or big HP shields).

Crystal Dice is Sherlottas FR. Sherlotta can get the full 80% for herself if she has a Pecil/Lilisette equipped. Otherwise party members can only hope for 60% from transformed BRV/HP commands.
