Sphere Recommendations

A Sphere - BRV DMG or ATK boosts. He easily hits the Crit DMG conditional
C Sphere - Alphinaud helps boost party stats, but a healing sphere like Ceodore/Rosa can expand his utility.
D Sphere - Focus on any ATK sphere, Wakka OK!

Start with Spark Shower (LD) to get his Aggression buff up as soon as possible
His Attack Boost (S2) is now a free turn to apply buffs and battery a little to maintain the party's momentum
Aim+ (S1) now has 2 HP dumps making it a better option for filler if not refreshing buffs, baterrying party and there are debuffs already on enemies
Cold Blood (EX) can do some serious damage with good support including Sazh's own BRV Steal boost so press it when possible!
BRV++/HP++ can be used to debuff enemies in a pinch at the start of a fight or after they cleanse
All Advance can be used before big damage windows

Sazh's BRV Steal up serves as extra BRV stolen beyond what you see BRV hits deal. It is unaffected by BRV Gains Up and is an entirely different mechanic. Before this effect was selfish boosts on units, but Sazh provides it to the party with his LD. Reference the video before to better visualize this effect! (Credits to Knightingale90 for the video)
