Sphere Recommendations
A Sphere - mBRV or whatever ATK/BRV DMG spheres you have lying around
C Sphere - Her own, Maria, Alphinaud, Llyud to boost party ATK
D Sphere - Party ATK boosting (Needs external buffs for Wakka)

How-To-Play Notes
Potion Pass (S1) heals a target and potentially the party and is used for filling the FR gauge
Moonbow (S2) is filler but reapplies her personal damage buff
Moogle Throw (EX) moves a selected ally's turn after her turn. The first attack will also copy the damage dealt by allies to the target.
The first HP attack copies the damage the enemies took (including Force boosts, launch ally damage, wall damage and personal follow ups). An easy way to check what is included is by checking the damage done before the FR HP DMG Bonus increase or the wall damage as a cutoff point.
The damage being target-dependent: for example in a 2 target fight, if A takes 2 million damage but B only takes 200 thousand. Using Iris EX will deal 2M damage to A and 200k to B.
Single Target nukes like Tifa FR echo offer extremely high value for the EX. Alternatively, FR echo units with personal follow ups are also great such as Raines or Kurasame.
Even if used right after Force Time ends, she will still do the boosted HP DMG the previous ally dealt to the target. (You can think of it as a "free" turn of Force Time outside of Force Time)
Even without a friend Iris, you can capitalize on some huge EX damage with Luna's Quick Prayer (similar to Enna Kros nukes) if you have a nuke followed by 3 Iris turns and Bahamut summon. When using a friend unit, the effect be ping ponged with friend Iris in Bahamut Summon phase for HUGE numbers.
Revolution (LD) refills her EX gauge, moves her turn and grants her LD buff. This is really handy for preparing for a big EX at the end of force time. The LD buff has party auras and the attack restores 1 use of both S1 and S2.
Slapstick Moogle (FR) provides Party BRV Gains, HP DMG & Limit up with fr boards. Conditions are:
Melee attack on turn: +40%
Battery an ally: +30%
While the FR aura is decent, the condition combination may be tricky without some outside help (like Rem BT).
Eclipse (BT) sets enemy ATK/DEF/mBRV along with other generic auras. Having 0 ATK, DEF & mBRV means enemies are almost entirely harmless unless they have guaranteed lethal mechanics. Having 0 mBRV also means most bosses come out of the BREAK status every other turn which is GREAT for BREAK focused units like Dorgann.
