Numbers listed below refer to the 7 passives to select for each Ultimate Summon Board for the character. Top is 1, bottom is 7.

(BT unlocks a counter, you can go with defaults if you lack BT)

No Mercy (S1) is 6 HP attacks to target, with 2 lizards his HP attacks become Full AoE and he loses 2 lizards.
- The buff granted unlocks his personal follow up - Throw. 2 Full HPs.
Chakra (S2) is a non-attacking ability (yay FR gauge). It heals and batteries party, extends his own buffs 1T.
Demi Shock (EX) does 9 HP attacks to target, with 2 lizards they become full AoE and he loses 2 lizards. EX buff is personal buffs.
Countdown (LD) inflicts BREAK and is 8 HP attacks to target, 2 lizards makes them become full AoE and he loses the 2 lizards. Free ability use next turn.
Power Throw (BT) offers:
- BRV DMG +50%
- BRV DMG Limit +50%
- HP DMG +20%
- HP DMG Limit +30%
- He doesn't lose lizards.
- His Throw is upgraded and is also a counter when hit: 5 Full HPs
- Note he doesn't have mitigation or lock so solos/abusing counter may be tricky.
FR asks for:
- Special Effect on turn : +40%
- Stacking buff/effect on turn : +40%
- No FR aura. Kinda sus conditions and no Aura, oof.
